At UTERUS Clinic, we deeply value the time and commitment of every person who seeks our care, as well as that of our healthcare professionals. Respecting schedules and ensuring predictability in appointments are essential to maintaining a high-quality service and enabling access for those who need it most.
This policy aims to ensure the smooth functioning of our services, promoting mutual respect and shared responsibility.
- MISSED APPOINTMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, OR RESCHEDULING WITH LESS THAN 48 HOURS’ NOTICE
Missed appointments, cancellations, or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours in advance mean that the next appointment will only be confirmed with advance payment at the time of booking, with no right to a refund if the person does not attend, cancels, or reschedules that session.
This measure compensates for the reserved but unused time, which cannot be offered to another person in a timely manner.
Rescheduling will be carried out without priority in the times and dates available.
2. FREQUENT CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULING
If a person cancels or reschedules three (3) times within the same calendar year for the same service, even when notice is given more than 48 hours in advance, this will be considered frequent cancellation or rescheduling.
From the third occurrence onward, the next appointments will only be confirmed with advance payment at the time of booking, with no right to a refund should the person not attend, cancel, or reschedule.
Rescheduling will be carried out without priority in the times and dates available.
- FINAL CONSIDERATIONS
This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, except in cases of documented medical emergencies or serious unforeseen circumstances, which may be reviewed individually.
The goal is to ensure the best use of time and the available human resources, providing fair, predictable, and balanced access for all who seek our services.
We appreciate everyone’s understanding, respect, and cooperation.
