Postpartum is wonderful but is also full of challenges.
Having this in mind, UTERUS created this sharing circle, which takes place once a month. It is designed for families with babies up to 1 year old.
It is a safe place for mothers and their babies to talk and share experiences, difficulties, anxieties and emotions. It is a space to meet other parents, and to create bonds, that may extend beyond these moments.
The online sharing circles are facilitated by a nurse midwife. They are free, but require prior registration. They can take place in person, at UTERUS facilities, or online.
