NEONATAL AND PEDIATRIC SPEECH AND LANGUAGE THERAPIST
I am a Speech and Language Therapist and I have been working since 2010 in hospital and clinical settings, focusing on neonatology, pediatrics, and orofacial motricity.
Passionate about the simplest things in life – a look, a smile, a hug! I found this simplicity in the world of neonatology and pediatrics, where even the smallest achievement is a reason to celebrate – and how wonderful it is to celebrate!
My passion for neonatology began during university, and since then I have continued to invest in and specialize in this field.
During my pregnancy with my daughter, I deepened my knowledge in the areas of breastfeeding and oral ties.
I support each baby and their family with scientific rigor and sensitivity, ensuring the safe development of essential oral functions.
My work involves accompanying babies from their very first days of life, supporting the development of oral functions such as sucking, swallowing, and breathing, which are essential for breastfeeding and healthy growth; assessing oral ties; providing individualized guidance during the introduction of solid foods, always respecting the pace of the baby and the family; and offering intervention in orofacial motricity and pediatric dysphagia, aiming for safe and efficient motor functions through a humanized, family-centered approach.
At UTERUS, we care not only for the baby but also for the family, offering guidance and support at every stage of this special and delicate phase. Being present from the very beginning of a baby’s life is something truly special. And I am here to help the whole family, making sure this beginning is filled with affection, care, and good health.
