WOMEN’S HEALTH AND PELVIC HEALTH PHYSIOTHERAPIST
CLINICAL PILATES INSTRUCTOR
For as long as I can remember, I like to hear stories, meet and learn from everyone I come across.
I was aware that my future lay in wanting to help someone and it was this feeling that led me to choose physiotherapy. I finished my degree in 2014 and it was in one of the final internships that I had the possibility to be close to so many women and couples, full of doubts about a world that was still so unknown to them. There was in me a feeling of wanting to know more about the area because I felt it was something quite complex … but beautiful.
After graduating, I immediately started investing in pre and postpartum training, not only to learn more, but also to realize if this would really be my area of choice. Since then, I have felt even more fulfilled and certain that I wanted to help more women. It always made sense to me to combine exercise with manual treatment, so I decided to train in clinical pilates.
A few years after graduation, I was working in a hospital and clinical context but always willing to invest more in this area that made me happy. I have always tried to keep myself updated throughout my journey, investing in training that allows me to help those who come to me.
I found in UTERUS the possibility of working with a united team with the same goals that I always sought and where I felt I could grow. I am sure that in unity we can be stronger!
My goal remains the same: to be able to give my best, to listen to each woman, to clarify her doubts and, together, to find the best way forward.
