DOCTOR
INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE AND QUALITY OF LIFE
I graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of Universidat Autònoma of Barcelona, specializing in occupational medicine and quality of life.
I work as a hospital assistant in Occupational Medicine at the Hospital Universitário de Santo António, Porto and in private clinics.
I am a member of the board of the CAPS Association – Centre d’Anàlisi i Programes Sanitaris, in the Women, Health and Quality of Life program in Spain, providing guidance in the clinical and research areas of public health, environmental health, differential health and quality of life.
I work as a researcher in the Ecotoxicology Group at the Abel Salazar Institute of Biomedical Sciences at the University of Porto.
Through my medical training and education, I have dedicated myself to promoting health, from prevention to quality of life, with a holistic and integrative vision.
In my Integrative Medicine and Quality of Life consultations, I apply coaching techniques, homeopathy, herbal medicine, neural therapy and other techniques necessary for the promotion of health and the integral well-being of the human person.
I love nature, gardening, dancing and organizing cultural and academic events.
