… then UTERUS’ personalized clinical exercise sessions are right for you.

 

Because they are individualized, these sessions are suitable for women of all ages, whether or not they have an established practice of physical exercise.

They can be done in a training plan format or in a more fluid and dynamic format (“choreographed”), according to your preference.

 

WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES?

The sessions are guided by a physical therapist with specialized training in clinical exercise and the Clinical Pilates method.

The exercises are selected according to your goals, for example:

  • improve posture and increase body awareness
  • increase strength and/or balance
  • promote toning
  • increase flexibility
  • relieve muscular tension, stress, and anxiety
  • optimize performance in other sports

Being a customized training, it will allow a faster achievement of the established goals.

 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The sessions have a duration of 50 minutes.
The commitment is established month by month, through the payment of a monthly fee.
Sessions can be done 1 or 2x/week, scheduled according to your availability, between 9h00 and 20h00.
They can take place at UTERUS’ facilities or digitally.
