WOMEN’S HEALTH AND PELVIC HEALTH PHYSIOTHERAPIST
CLINICAL PILATES INSTRUCTOR

From an early age, I knew that my path would be to help people by improving their quality of life and this led me to take a degree in Physiotherapy in 2013, a profession I have practiced ever since.

For a few years I practiced in a clinical and hospital setting and the need to expand my knowledge by looking for new techniques to complement my intervention, mainly through therapeutic exercise, led me to training in Clinical Pilates and Hypopressives. Through these two techniques, the area of Women’s Health came into my life and my curiosity and desire to learn more about it began to emerge. I decided to invest in my professional training in this area and I believe I have found the place within the world of physiotherapy that makes me happiest and most fulfilled.

I am now qualified to intervene at any stage of a woman’s life and I try every day to give the best of myself to each woman who crosses my path, always trying to keep up to date with intervention methods. The responsibility to do more and better for those who come to me is therefore a mission I always keep in mind, and at UTERUS I found a place that shares these same values. I have found dedicated professionals who work according to an integrative, woman-centered vision and with whom I have the opportunity to grow and learn every day.
